1. Viewing

Once you've seen one of our properties advertised online, contact us through that platform or contact us on 0333 577 8123 Option 1 to book a viewing.

In most cases we can send you a video tour or carry out a virtual viewing but we recommend that you see the property in person and be shown around by one of our Property Managers.

2. Application Form

When you've completed the viewing, we will send you a Tenant Application Form (TAF) to complete and ask you for a holding deposit to secure the property as yours pending referencing.

The application form will ask you for some personal details so that we can carry out the necessary checks - this is all done electronically.

3. Referencing

The TAF is shared with our referencing agent who does the necessary checks and advises on whether you are eligible to rent the property or room.

4. Move In

Once referencing has been passed, we arrange a move in date and handover the keys to your new home! HMO Management, Property Management.
