Contracts
Firstly, you will need to review your contract with your current agent. Check your notice period, where you are in the contract term and any clauses which may allow for an early release (i.e. agent negligence).
Secondly, we will talk through the CS Lets Management Agreement, agree terms and a handover date.
Information Transfer
Once you have informed your current agent of the transition, we will liaise with them to complete the handover of all tenancy, deposit and property / compliance documentation which they hold.

Visit & Property Setup
We complete a visit to the property to complete the on-site setup, install notice board information and carry out our first inspection. We will also attain the keys from the current agent to be held in our inventory.
Rent Collection Setup
We set up all tenants for invoicing, requesting payment to our client account on their rent payment dates and frequencies (and move in-line to the first of the month if possible). We then set up your details and enable the Owner App access. You will receive statements on the 27th of each month.
Switch GUARANTEE
If the switch doesn't live up to your expectations, the first month's management is on us!
